Here are some movies that I’ve made and haven’t had the chance to post before now.
Caterpillar #1 - Seen at Amapala, above the San Luis Valley.
Tarantula #1 - [4.9MB] We found a tarantula on the deck at the ecolodge. This is an overhead view of him walking around. Those boards are 6″ wide, for comparison.
Leaf Cutter Ants #1 - Tiffany, Maggie, and I saw these guys going up a tree trunk while we were hiking around the ecolodge.
Millipede #1 - Rob, Harris, and I saw lots of these on the trails at San Gerardo.
Monkeys #1 - From Cabo Blanco. There were these type with dark features (that I don’t know the name of) and another species called the “White Face” that is different. These two videos are of a baby and its mother climbing through the trees.
Monkeys #2 - [2.8MB] Similar to #1.
Hermit Crab #1 - On the beach at Cabo Blanco. This one is a closeup at ground level. He comes right to the camera after emerging from the shell.
Hermit Crab #2 - Similar to #1, but also worth downloading.

oh god…that milipede is waaay creepier than the tarantula.
