Freecycle

I joined the Freecycle Network recently.

Basically, it’s a list of email groups (by city, state, and/or country) where you can give away things that you don’t want anymore. I signed up for the Macon, GA list because it’s where my mom lives and she’s got a TON of junk in her house.

In the last 24 hours I’ve given away:

  • 5 chairs
  • 1 rocking chair
  • 1 foot stool
  • 2 bunk beds
  • Old military clothes
  • Computer programming books
  • An old Japanese floor mat
  • Boy Scout memorabilia
  • 1 artificial Christmas tree
  • Old croquet set
  • Antique indoor lighting fixtures
  • 3 camera tripods
  • 1 microwave
  • 1 toaster oven
  • 1 electric waffle maker

YAY!!!

You should join it too.
